Update: June 11, 2025:

Adobe has quietly unveiled its official rebrand, solidifying the logo first seen in May 2023. The updated identity and ‘codified brand system’ were crafted in collaboration with Mother Design.

Update: June 30, 2023:

According to Adobe’s head of brand strategy, Heather Combs, it’s not a logo at all. Rather, she says, it’s a wordmark.

“It’s not replacing the logo; it’s just a new expression in the way that we are creating the way our brand shows up in the world,” she said to Fast Company.

Update: May 23, 2023

As of May 23, Adobe Firefly’s technology has been integrated into Photoshop (beta) and Illustrator (beta).

  1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Get 65% off Adobe CC here)
  2. Select Beta apps in the left sidebar of the Apps panel.
  3. Select Install for the Photoshop beta app.
  4. Once installed, select Open.

You must be a current subscriber to Adobe CC to access Adobe Photoshop beta. It’s worth noting that you can run multiple beta builds at the same time.
